Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, work email, company, an area of interest, and a description of the work you want to improve. Please avoid including sensitive customer, employee, financial, or health information in an initial enquiry.
How we use it
Thology uses these details to assess and respond to your enquiry, arrange a conversation, and discuss a potential engagement. The form asks you to confirm that we can use the details for that purpose. It does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
How an enquiry is delivered
Submitted enquiries are processed by the website server and sent to hello@upperplain.com through Resend, our email delivery provider. Your contact details and message are included in that email. Service providers involved in hosting and delivery may process technical information needed to operate and protect those services.
Storage and retention
The website does not save enquiry form details in browser storage or a website database. A submitted enquiry may be retained in the receiving mailbox and delivery service records while needed to respond, manage the relationship, or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention is reviewed against those purposes.
Cookies and browser activity
This implementation does not include advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or marketing trackers. Interactive examples use temporary page state and reset when the page reloads. The hosting provider may use technical mechanisms necessary to serve and protect the website.
Access, correction, and questions
To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email hello@upperplain.com. We will consider the request in light of the information held and applicable obligations.
